Thematic Topics in Literature

This writing-intensive core course will rotate every two years among several topics, such as “Literature of the Supernatural” (a historical and generic survey of literature that features supernatural elements), and “Literature and Nature” (literature that focuses upon human relationships to the natural world from the classical to contemporary eras).
