WU’s policy on Sending an E-mail to all WU students:
Any information that needs to be addressed to all students on campus should be sent to the Dean of Student Development at studentdev@wheeling.edu. Upon the Dean’s approval, the message will be included in the bi-weekly email newsletter, Cardinal Messenger.
