Blackboard Help
Default Username and Password:
- Your Blackboard username is the same as your Cardinal Email and Academus accounts (i.e., jsmith123).
- Your initial password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
Forgot your password?
- You can reset your password from the Blackboard sign-in screen by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link.
- If you continue to have problems with your password, please contact IT at 304-243-8181 or http://wju.edu/it
How to change your password on Blackboard:
- On the “My Institution” page, click the Personal Information link in the “Tools” widget.
- Click the Change Password link.
- Enter a new password twice, and click the Submit button.
