Steenrod Apartments

Wheeling’s Steenrod apartment complex is situated on a hill in a neighborhood adjacent to campus. This complex includes single and two-bedroom units. All apartments have a full kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom. Kitchens are furnished with oak cabinetry, laminate countertops, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. Each apartment has air-conditioning and mini blinds on the windows.  The complex is a three-story building with an elevator and varying layouts. Each unit has neutral walls, tan carpeting, a tiled bath, and kitchen. Rooms are furnished with a dining set, sofa, chair, coffee table, dresser, desk, single bed, and closet, per student. All furniture provided at check-in must remain in the student’s room. 

All utilities including wireless Internet are included in the monthly rent charge. Facilities include laundry rooms in the basement of the building. Picnic and patio tables are available for warm-weather activities. 

Parking for one car per occupant available and included in rent.
